Information
14k Gold Filled and Sterling Silver pieces are made to withstand everyday wear and tear without causing any problems. Always be aware of the harsh chemicals coming into contact with your piece of jewelry. Try to avoid applying your perfume, lotion, or self tanner directly onto your jewelry. Be cognizant of any cleaning supply chemicals that could also come into contact with your piece, specifically bleach and toilet bowl cleaner. If any chemicals do come in contact with your jewelry, wipe clean with a wet cloth and gentle soap (hand soap or body wash), and pat dry.
Sterling Silver is a natural metal and so it naturally reacts with other elements commonly found in water and can dull over a long period of time. It is unavoidable, but do not let that scare you! Sterling silver can easily be polished back to its original shine. There are several tried and true ways to polish sterling silver, and it can easily be done with household items. The three most common is:
1) Use a silver polish cloth
2) Use a soft cloth or soft bristle tooth brush, gently scrub your piece with non-gel toothpaste and warm water.
3) Mix 1/4 cup of vinegar and 1 tablespoon or baking soda. Dip a soft cloth in the cleaning mixture and gently scrub your jewelry piece. Rinse with water and pat dry.

COLORED CHAINS
The colored chains I currently carry are 14K Gold Filled with colored enamel placed on top. Please be aware that the white/lighter colored enamel chains can absorb certain products and change color, i.e self tanner. The white chain and the multicolor chain can/will change color if self tanner is applied in direct contact with them. I am not responsible for any discoloration of chains.

Reapplication
A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. And sometimes they break.
If for some reason your piece breaks or must be removed (i.e. surgery, medical reasons, weddings, events, work dress code, etc) I am completely happy to reapply it for you!
If your piece is intact and still fits, I can reapply it for a small fee of $5 to cover the cost of the jump ring and time it takes to put it back on. I will only be able to reapply if your piece is still intact, meaning the piece was not cut/broken in half. If the cut/break is near the jump ring and the piece still fits, it can be reused.
If your original piece cannot be reused, I am happy to sell you another piece for half price! Discounts do not apply.
Please bring your old piece back in order to receive a new one, if possible.
I am not responsible for any chains breaking. I do not manufacture the chain and I purchase the highest quality that I can in order to avoid this at all costs. Please understand that it is out of my control.

Removal
If removal is necessary and you plan to have your piece reapplied, try to remove as close to the jump ring as possible, or cut the jump ring itself. You can use scissors or wire cutters to cut the chain. Some thicker chains may not be able to be removed with scissors and may instead require the use of wire cutters. The jump ring may also need to be removed with wire cutters.
Return Policy
Because of the cost of the materials, I am unable to accept returns once the piece has been secured to your body and the excess chain has been cut off. Refunds will not be offered.
*I DO NOT AND CANNOT GUARANTEE THE LIFE OF ANY PIECE OF PERMANENT JEWELRY*
How you take care of your jewelry is completely out of my control. I cannot put a time stamp on how long a piece of jewelry will last because every person is different and uses different products that will affect the life of their piece. For best, longest lasting results, follow the care instructions listed above. If for some reason, you think your piece is a special case, please message me and we will work together to figure out the problem and a solution!
